During the first 9 weeks of the program you learn important techniques, perform cuts on wefts and mannequins, learn the theory behind hair design, and complete assignments and weekly tests.  This module is all about learning the technical skills necessary in hair design.  Module 1 takes place in a classroom/mannequin room setting and everyone runs on the same schedule. The hours for the first 9 weeks are Monday-Thrusday 9am-5pm. The hours will change every 9 weeks as you enter new modules. There are a total of 4 modules. You will be given 2 weeks notice before a change in the schedule. 

The last 18 weeks is where you get to practice and perfect the skills acquired in the first few modules!  Your last module will be spent primarily on the salon floor with real clients. Confidence is built as well as service times during these modules.  The program hours change, reflecting real salon world schedules.

The Total program is 1250 hours.
